We, the council members make the ethics of council members as norm which the members must keep. It is for members' sincere activities for this complicated and specialized administration of local government and council.

• The council members must perform his/her duties sincerely upon his/her conscience with considering public interests with constant research and efforts.
• The council members must do their best for welfare of inhabitants and growth of local society.
• The council member is under obligation to be upright and must keep his/her dignity.
• The council members must follow and keep order and laws. And also they try to build proper environment of council activities for equal chance and respect for minority.
• The council members must have responsibility and keep secret as representatives for their decision, statements, and public and private lives.
